 - Every Team must arrive no later than 15 min’s prior to your scheduled time slot

 - All players need to be fully dressed, hair and make-up done and ready for their pictures.

 - Please do not get ready at the rec center, this causes delay in getting pictures done in a timely manner and creates unnecessary crowding.
